1. Payment processor

All EMKAY orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, currency conversion, tax calculation, invoicing and refunds on behalf of EMKAY. Card data never touches EMKAY servers; everything is tokenised and stored by Paddle's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure.

2. Accepted payment methods

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select local methods that Paddle supports in your country at checkout.

3. Currency & tax

All charges are settled in USD. QAR amounts shown on the site are reference values at a fixed indicative rate of 1 USD = 3.64 QAR. Paddle calculates and remits any applicable VAT, sales tax or GST based on the buyer's billing address. Your card issuer may apply additional foreign transaction fees.

4. Subscriptions & renewals

Agent subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Elite) and developer/owner premium plans renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your first charge. You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. One-time portal activations

Agent, Property Owner and Developer portal activations are one-time payments that unlock a lifetime activation code emailed to the buyer. Codes are bound to the buyer's email and may be used to register one account only.

6. Invoices & receipts

Paddle automatically emails a tax-compliant invoice after every successful payment. Subscribers can also download invoices any time from Dashboard → Billing.

7. Fraud prevention

EMKAY enforces webhook signature verification, idempotent payment processing, audit logging, payment-method fingerprinting, leaked-password protection, optional two-factor authentication, and Qatar AML / sanctions screening on suspicious activity. Suspicious transactions may be reversed and accounts suspended pending review.
