30-day money-back guarantee

EMKAY offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Agent, Property Owner and Developer portal activations and on all subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Elite). If you are not satisfied with the service, request a refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund the full amount of that order.

How to request a refund

All EMKAY orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled by Paddle on our behalf:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout.
  2. Select the order and choose "Request a refund".
  3. Or email billing@emkay.qa with your order ID and we will route the request to Paddle.

Timelines

Once approved, Paddle returns the funds to the original payment method within typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period remains active until its end. Subscription fees outside the 30-day window are non-refundable, except where required by Qatar law or otherwise agreed.

Wallet top-ups & consumable boosts

Unspent wallet balances purchased within the last 30 days can be refunded on request. Listing Boosts and Featured Listings are eligible for refund within 30 days only if the boost has not yet started; once the placement begins it cannot be refunded for the days already served.

Chargebacks & fraud

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting Paddle or EMKAY support, we may suspend access while the case is investigated. Confirmed fraud is reported to the relevant Qatar authorities.
