1.1. Absolutely prohibited
Properties the advertiser has no right to offer, including fabricated or 'bait' listings used to harvest enquiries.
Properties offered in breach of Qatari law, including unlawful sub-letting, unlicensed short-term letting, or occupancy in breach of a permit.
Listings that discriminate on nationality, religion, gender, disability, marital or family status, except where a distinction is expressly required by Qatari law.
Listings used to solicit unlawful activity, launder funds, evade sanctions, or advertise unregistered financial or investment schemes.
Content that is obscene, defamatory, offensive to religious or cultural sensitivities in Qatar, or that infringes third-party rights.
2.2. Restricted with conditions
Off-plan projects: permitted only with developer identification and clear off-plan labelling.
Fractional, co-ownership or rent-to-own structures: permitted only with a full explanation of the structure and any regulatory approvals.
Commercial and industrial premises: permitted only where permitted use is stated.
Properties subject to foreign-ownership restrictions must state eligibility clearly.
3.3. Reporting and removal
Any user may report a listing through the report control or the complaint form. Reports are triaged within one business day.
Listings presenting an immediate legal, safety or fraud risk are removed pending review, and the advertiser is notified with the reason.
4.Governing law & jurisdiction
This policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
The courts of the State of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to you.
Where a provision is found unenforceable under Qatari law, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
