1.1. Respectful conduct
Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination and abusive messaging are prohibited in listings, enquiries and support channels.
Impersonating another person, agency or EMKAY staff is prohibited.
2.2. Platform integrity
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, verification, rate limits or payment controls.
Do not scrape, crawl at abusive rates, reverse-engineer, or interfere with Platform infrastructure.
Do not upload malware, or use the Platform to distribute phishing links.
Do not create multiple accounts to evade suspension or inflate listing allowances.
3.3. Enforcement ladder
Warning and content removal for first, non-serious breaches.
Feature restriction or temporary suspension for repeated breaches.
Permanent termination and, where appropriate, referral to the competent Qatari authority for serious breaches such as fraud or unlawful discrimination.
You may appeal any enforcement decision within 30 days through the complaint form. Appeals are reviewed by someone not involved in the original decision.
4.Governing law & jurisdiction
This policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
The courts of the State of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to you.
Where a provision is found unenforceable under Qatari law, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
