1.1. Where AI is used
Generating and improving listing descriptions, categorising property types, extracting amenities, detecting duplicates, translating content, and powering the in-platform assistants.
2.2. Human oversight
AI output is a suggestion, not a decision. Imported and AI-enriched listings require human approval before publication.
Verification, suspension and termination decisions are reviewed by a person before they take effect. You may request human review of any automated flag through the complaint form.
3.3. Data handling
Content sent to AI providers is limited to what the feature needs. We do not permit providers to use your content to train their general models where the provider offers that control.
Assistant conversations are processed for the session and are not used to build a marketing profile of you.
4.4. Accuracy
AI-generated text may contain errors. The account publishing a listing remains fully responsible for its accuracy under the Listing Standards Policy.
5.Governing law & jurisdiction
This policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
The courts of the State of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to you.
Where a provision is found unenforceable under Qatari law, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
