1.1. EMKAY property
The EMKAY name, logo, design system, software, database structure and compilation of listings are owned by EMKAY or its licensors and protected under Qatari and international law.
2.2. User content
You keep ownership of what you upload and licence it to us as set out in the Terms of Service.
3.3. Takedown requests
Send notices to legal@emkay.world with identification of the work, the URL of the infringing material, your contact details, and a statement that you hold the rights or act for the rights holder.
We remove or disable access to material that appears infringing and notify the uploader, who may submit a counter-notice.
Repeat infringers are terminated.
4.Governing law & jurisdiction
This policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
The courts of the State of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to you.
Where a provision is found unenforceable under Qatari law, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
