1.1. Plans and allowances
Basic includes up to 10 concurrent live listings. Pro includes up to 50 concurrent live listings with priority placement and boost credits. Agency includes unlimited listings and team seats.
Allowances are enforced at the platform level. Attempting to exceed an allowance results in the additional listing remaining unpublished until you upgrade or withdraw another listing.
2.2. Free trial
Where a 14-day free trial is offered, it starts when the subscription is created and converts automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
One trial per person, entity or payment instrument. We may withdraw trials where abuse is detected.
3.3. Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods at the price displayed at the time of renewal. We give advance notice of any price change.
Failed payments trigger retry attempts. Continued failure suspends paid features until payment succeeds.
4.4. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, and listings above the new allowance must be withdrawn by you or are unpublished automatically.
You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
5.5. Merchant of Record
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for online orders. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment transaction, and invoices and applicable taxes are issued by Paddle.
6.Governing law & jurisdiction
This policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
The courts of the State of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to you.
Where a provision is found unenforceable under Qatari law, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
